By submitting payment, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

I understand that the IntimacyMoons Private Retreat is a therapeutic, relationship-focused experience designed to support emotional reconnection and personal growth. While this retreat is guided by a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and Certified Sex Therapist, I acknowledge that it is not a substitute for psychotherapy, psychiatric care, crisis intervention, or medical treatment of any kind.

I understand that individual and relational transformation is not guaranteed, and that outcomes vary based on emotional readiness, personal history, and willingness to fully participate. I agree to take full responsibility for my emotional process throughout this experience.

I commit to arriving in good faith, communicating respectfully, and engaging in this work with openness. I acknowledge that any personal insights, reflections, or therapeutic guidance offered during this retreat are provided solely in the context of this immersive experience and are not intended as legal, medical, or psychiatric advice.

All materials, exercises, resources, and retreat content are the intellectual property of IntimacyMoons LLC and may not be copied, recorded, or distributed without prior written consent.

I understand that, due to the highly personalized nature of this private retreat experience, all payments are final and non-refundable 72 hours after deposit.

If I need to reschedule:

• I may request a new retreat date with at least 21 days’ written notice.

• A $500 rescheduling fee may apply to accommodate the planning and exclusivity of this experience.

• I am participating in this retreat voluntarily and understand that any information shared will be held in confidence and utmost privacy and confidentiality.

By completing payment, I affirm that:

I have read and understand the policies outlined above.

I accept full responsibility for my emotional and relational well-being before, during, and after the retreat.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in this private retreat experience, including but not limited to emotional, psychological, relational, or travel-related outcomes. I understand that this retreat is not a substitute for psychotherapy, medical care, or crisis intervention, and is offered as a supportive, wellness-focused experience. I hereby fully and forever release, indemnify, and hold harmless Marissa Nelson, LMFT, IntimacyMoons LLC, and all affiliates, employees, contractors, or representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action—known or unknown—arising out of or related to my participation in this retreat. This release shall be binding upon me, my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns, and is intended to be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, regardless of jurisdiction.

This agreement is binding upon payment and serves as acknowledgment of these terms.
