Welcome to The Lovers Society™ — a community and course membership for couples who are ready to rebuild intimacy, deepen emotional connection, and feel desired again. By enrolling in this membership, you agree to the following terms:

Your membership includes:

• Immediate access to all Lovers Society™ relationship courses, guides, and rituals

• Monthly intimacy themes with therapist-led workshops, tools, and prompts

• Expert sessions on communication, conflict repair, sex & desire, nervous system health, and more

• Optional office hours, group coaching, and a private members-only space (where available)

• Discounts on intimacy products and exclusive resources

We promise to hold a compassionate, non-judgmental space where:

• You are never pressured to perform — intimacy is redefined at your pace.

• You are seen as a whole person, not a problem to fix.

• You can move through this work alone or with your partner — both paths are valid.

• Emotional safety comes first. Your growth doesn’t need to look perfect.

• You are supported with trauma-informed guidance and zero shame.

We cannot promise to "save" your relationship, but we can promise to equip you with the tools, support, and clarity to help you reconnect — to yourself and each other — in the way that feels most true to you.

⚖️ Terms of Use

• This membership is for personal growth and relationship development only. It is not a substitute for 1:1 therapy, psychiatric care, or medical support. You are agreeing to take responsibility for your own health and well-being.

• All materials are copyrighted and cannot be shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

• You agree to maintain confidentiality and respect within any private groups or live sessions. A breach to this can result in your deactivation from the Lovers Society without refund.

Refund Policy — The Action-Taker Guarantee

We stand behind the quality, depth, and compassion of the work inside The Lovers Society. But more than anything, we believe in your capacity to create real change — and we’re committed to supporting those who show up for themselves.

That’s why our refund policy is based on participation. If you’ve engaged fully and don’t feel supported, we’ll honor that with care.

✅ You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you meet the following criteria:

1. You’ve completed at least 2 core modules of your course or program

2. You’ve attended at least one live session or group call

3. You’ve submitted proof of participation, including:

   •  

   • Completed at least 2 core modules of The Intimacy Reset

   • Attended 2 live workshop or office hours session

   • Shared evidence of your work — e.g.:

     • Screenshots of completed exercises

     • Notes, journal entries, or reflections based on the lessons

     • A brief summary of what you applied and what you tried

We do not issue refunds for:

• Non-participation in community or courses

• Change of preference

• “I didn’t have time”

   

This is a community for people ready to take aligned, healing action. We honor your intention — and we honor your effort.

🧾 Payment & Billing

• Monthly memberships are billed every 30 days. Annual memberships are billed once per year.

• You are responsible for maintaining an active payment method on file.

• If payment fails or is declined, access to courses and community will be paused until payment is resolved.

🛑 Community Behavior

We reserve the right to remove any member from the community if they violate the spirit of The Lovers Society, including but not limited to: harassment, inappropriate conduct, or sharing of private content without consent.

By enrolling in The Lovers Society, you acknowledge that the content provided is for educational and personal development purposes only and does not constitute medical, psychological, or legal advice. You agree to absolve and hold harmless Marissa Nelson, The Lovers Society™, and all associated business entities, employees, or contractors from any and all claims, liability, damages, or legal action arising from your participation in this program.
